DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE FRONT?

Yes. We have two shops in central Barcelona where our sales team would be delighted to attend to you.

WHERE ARE YOUR SHOPS?

We are right in the centre, close to Plaza Catalunya. Tallers is the first street on the right as you go down las Ramblas and our shops are at numbers 27 & 46.

IS THERE ANY PARKING NEARBY?

Yes, there are various carparks in the surrounding area: in Plaza Catalunya, Plaza Castilla, in C/ Bergara.

In any event, if you do not wish to leave your car in a carpark and simply wish to pick something up, you can contact us beforehand and on your arrival we will help with the loading and unloading of the merchandise so that the delivery process is as quick as possible.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER ON THE INTERNET OR OVER THE PHONE, AND COLLECT IT AT THE SHOP?

Yes, you just need to tell us this at the time of purchase.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer or cash under the conditions indicated in the PAYMENT METHODS section.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENT IN INSTALMENTS?

Yes, under the conditions specified in PAYMENT METHODS.

I AM LOOKING FOR A PARTICULAR GUITAR. DO YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK?

The website is updated daily, so all instruments appearing there are currently in stock. In any event, if you have any queries or want to know how to get a particular guitar, you can contact us by mail or telephone

ARE THE ITEMS ON THE WEBSITE NEW OR SECOND HAND?

We are specialists in imported Japanese and American material, discontinued models and ones that cannot be found on the European market, so the majority of the items on our website are second hand, the year of manufacture clearly indicated in the description. Some may be EX-DEMO, that is, that have been displayed in shops and  have some marks from use, or are new, but in general, the majority of them are used. To see complete information on the guitar, you can see its file with the technical specifications of the guitar as well as numerous photos and videos. If you still require further details, contact us using the contact form.

CAN YOU SEND ME MORE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS OF A PARTICULAR GUITAR?

Of course. Just tell us what you need and we will provide it via email.

I AM LOOKING FOR A GUITAR BUT CAN’T FIND ONE ANYWHERE, CAN YOU HELP ME?

I AM THE GRANDMOTHER / MOTHER / GIRLFRIEND / FRIEND / PARTNER AND I WISH TO MAKE A SURPRISE GIFT. IF THEY DO NOT LIKE IT OR WOULD PREFER ANOTHER MODEL, CAN I CHANGE IT LATER?

No problem. Exchange is possible as long as it is done within 7 days of purchase, the merchandise is in perfect condition for resale and there are no signs of wear of any kind. Also, if the gift recipient comes to the shop to change it, we would be delighted to advise them so that they are as satisfied as possible.

MY GUITAR / AMPLIFIER ETC DOESN’T WORK

If you bought the merchandise at GUITARSHOP, get in touch with the customer service department immediately. In simple cases we may be able to help you over the telephone; if not, bring the instrument to our premises at TALLERS 46 so that we can inspect it and solve the problem.

DO YOU HAVE A TECHNICAL SERVICE?

Yes. We have a team of experienced luthiers who take care of the repairs and maintenance of the guitars.

HOW MUCH DO REPAIRS COST?

That depends on the repairs. You can request a quote for the repairs at the shop and in the majority of cases we can tell you on the spot, unless they are more complicated repairs in which case we will confirm the quote over the telephone or via email.

Our prices are affordable and reasonable and if you bought the instrument at GUITARSHOP and bring us the invoice or receipt, we will carry out the repair free or at a reduced cost. Outside the guarantee period, we will do the repair at a client-discount rate.
